Shipping Policy- Please allow 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. A second email notification will be received when your order has shipped.
Return Policy: All sales are final. If ever you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order at info@nichellsaromatics.com. A store credit will be issued to use within six months to one year.
If ever your order arrives damaged, please send an email as soon as possible to info@nichellsaroamtics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
